'500 Internal Server Error'

This has been the case for my website for two days now. What can I do? Do I need to take off the last program I was trying to install on there?

1st check the .htacess it not worked mean

check permision of the folder may be it will be 777 so reduce the permission to 755 this due to sulphp is active
