Need hosting in China or Singapore

Searching for good hosting near China/Singapore for my own discussion forum.
Sorry for possible off topic, but my friend recommend this forum.

Maybe somebody from you could help me to choose professional web hosting company between:

IXwebhosting
Host1Plus (just this one have servers in six world countries)
Bluehost

I appreciate for your help.

The hosts you mentioned are mainly located in the U.S

Many US based hosting companies have data centers in the Singapore too. I think HostNine is good. Choose Singapore as the data center location during sign up, other wise your domain will be hosted in USA data center(Texas or Illinois)
