Just make sure to keep roundcube patched & updated. Several of my sites continue to take a beating from bots seeking roundcube exploits. It seems that a few of their earlier releases had significant issues.
Of course you already knew that.

I've worked with Zimbra (excellent) and DeskNow (wouldn't recommend). Zimbra seems to be a popular favorite among my clients.
Regardless of which one, it would be wise to edit the banner displayed, to help prevent bots from recognizing what webmail system you use.
