Server Down

I have a dedicated server and its down

OS hangs on splash screen. Data is backed up. Need to re install (which would be the first for this server) since I kept the OS it shipped with.

It is a Gateway 9510T with SCSI drives.
2 Xeon 3.0GHz duo cores.
2GB RAM.
**BIOS SE7520AF20.15A.P.05.00.00106

I have looked at the BIOS settings but there seems to be no proper configuration that I have found that would work.

Any help is urgently needed and greatly appreciated.

did u contact your provider about this problem?

Contact your dedicated server vendor. They will correct the OS configuration or can install the fresh OS if necessary. This is the low level task. Your vendor would do this.
