I am setting up a site that will be used by many people to upload a couple files to show the status of a program. The upload method is ftp. The files are a couple small images and an html file.

The site is a forum in addition to this feature. The software is phpbb3 that I will be using.


So here is the idea:
A user signs up for a account on the bb3 forum. An account on the forum is created along with a "hosting" account which would allow them to log in and setup FTP. If FTP could automatically be created, that would be even better.

Any ideas on how to do this best? I will be getting a dedicated server for this. If anyone would like to help with this project, I can get you more details. It will not pay in a monetary sense, this site is going to be non-profit.
