Looking for a free IIS mod_rewrite filter, or alternative (Translate as Cheap/Broke). How do these compare? Is there a better way given admin?

Prefer my own custom 404 system

Tried ISAPI_Rewrite and couple of others, can't recall which they were offhand

Not come across the IIRF one that I can recall though, might try it out one day when I have time to kill.
