Hi I'm after some advice on what open cms platform to use.

The site I'm wanting to make is like this

It will have all the same functions

I'm thinking Joomla or Drupal

I can't really give you suggestions on Joomla or Drupal, since I have never used them.

I have never heard much of Drupal, so I would go with Joomla as it seems to be more popular.

However, in the end, the decision is all up to you and what you feel comfortable with.

Have to say its mad confusing though

Drupal is more for the experienced users, Joomla is good for newbies. If Joomla is a bit hard, I suggest trying XOOPS, very easy to learn.

I've used joomla quite extensively - it can be a bit complicated especially due to the whole modules appear on "menu items" rather than pages thing - but on the whole its good CMS - let me know if you're having trouble with anything in particular and I'll see if I can help
