I just posted a blog entry at http://www.ghoti.ca/2006/11/17/ip-to-country-mapping-for-your-traffic/ with a guide to setting up geo-targeting for your website so that you determine which country your traffic is coming from and then send them off to different parts of your website. It uses a free IP to Country database and is very easy to implement.
I'm sure I'm not the only that wants to show US visitors one thing and non-US visitors something else. Anyone running a site with YPN ads may be interested in it also, as it will help you keep non-US traffic off of your YPN pages.
