I've been using iPowerWeb with two different sites for about four years now - and until about 10 or 12 months ago I would have said that they were great... but since that time they have really dropped the ball in the customer support department.
Don't bother trying to get anybody there on the phone - the best you can do find help in their online help files... or start an email correspondance (a 'help ticket') and pray that you don't need their help in less than two days!
I've also used TotalChoice for just over two years... I don't have any problems with them, the website hosted there is basically a web version of a Yellow Pages ad, and it dosen't place much demand on the server with databases or scripts or anything.... but it's never gone down and they haven't done anything to annoy me.
Recently, I've started another site with 1and1, it's not done yet so I have little to say about them... but after reading the post about them above I'm a bit worried.
I went with 1and1 partly because they offer multiple domains in a package. .. their control panel has a steeper learning curve than the vDeck-type user interfaces like at iPowerWeb, but the traffic stats are better.
When I was last shopping around for a host I saw several blogs & forums where people were ranting about how bad Yahoo hosting was, you might want to stay away from them.
