I am just interested to see how many webmasters have their own server (whether it's thousand dollar server or pc), a virtual server, or uses web host for their sites. So please which of the above or combination of the above you use!
For me I use a web host but I also have a server within my house as well. The server is used to test script and then to upload the sites to the web host.

I do that as well only I set the apache setting to 127.0.0.1 Very helpful so you wouldn't have to upload the script everytime for a test
