hmm for the year £14 isnt that bad for lower end users.

Well in the US, domains average $7-10, so its very high. And look at the hosting. That's insane.

Fair play to them if what they are doing works - who can blame them?

Shared Hosting... 15MB for $219.45... That's a killing host man... If overprice (A little bit is enough) but provide a tip-top custormer services, it will be a good host as well though... Many hosts OVERSELLING their space as well... Sharing all the space, database and etc... This is a worse thing as well :P

Yeah, but there are plenty of sites with good support that don't oversell but are much more economically priced.
