Ok my shared hosting isnt working for me anymore apparently my http req is too high so i need to move on to a dedicated or semi dedicated. Can anyone refer me to a few good cheap ones?

I would go with StartLogic or Go Daddy. Either one is great for a startup plan. It is about $4 per/month.
