Hi,

I'm searching for an unmanaged dedicated hosting, for a php/mysql web application i'm developing.
Since this is the first web app of my recently formed company, i don't have any experience with hosting companies. I have been searching hard , and i'm thinking of going with server4sale/layered tech.

What's your advice/recommendation?

We hold them to very high standards and they have always met them. They understand that any minute of downtime means lost revenue and that's unacceptable. We have tried a bunch of different options over the years, but we have been with them for a while now and we don't plan on leaving.

I have a dedicated server through serverbeach dot com (can't post links yet) and I haven't had any real issues with them.

They are reasonably priced and their support has been decent the few times I've needed them. They also offer Centos 4, which is basically a free version of RHEL.
