I am so sick of looking through phpadsnews code I could almost get rid of the whole software and find something else. The code is horrid. I have never seen two attributes that were defined so bad within code.

I made this post here: http://forum.openads.org/index.php?s...ic=10227&st=15 at the bottom asking the DEVELOPERS if they could tell me how to get rid of it for image banners.

But no, no one repsonds.

So does anyone in here know how to get rid of the target="" and border="" on image banners within phpadsnew?

If you send me the file in question I would be glad to check it out. It seems like it would be a simple fix.

I have no idea what file it is lol... there are references of the target attribute in multiple files. Which is why I am so frustrated.

Does it have a CSS?

That may overide the border.

If I remember, I'll look when I get home. I can probably find it in a few minutes from SSH.

I already have it defined via css for all img tags to have 0 border. It still outputs the tag

Use an editor that can search all the files in the folder, I think dreamweaver can do that.

Search for img, target and border.

I took a quick look and think the code should be in these file
\libraries\lib-view-main.inc.php
