It's hard to tell if your websites are slow when you're on the same network. If you have a second, please check out any of the sites below and post how quickly they loaded. Which site you visited and what time of the day would also be very helpful.
Thanks breakpoint and mattd! I've heard that 7 seconds is the point at which you start to lose visitors, so both of your replies are acceptable. Mattd, my server is located in Dallas, TX so geography is probably adding a couple of seconds to your load time.
Anyone else? I'd really like to gather a little more data on this if possible and I'm happy to return the favor.
They all loaded in about 2 seconds or less for me with a 3mbps connection. It is 4:45 here in Pennsylvania. Nice sites by the way.

your Last one took about 7 seconds in the UK at 2mb+ on my works pc the middle one was the fastest and the top one took about 3-4 seconds and thats at 10:30 in manchester UK on Zen Internet ISP

I was also experiencing a big slowdown in the last 2 days. It turns out that my VPS was running out of RAM (128 MB only). My Apache processes are taking 20MB each for extremely simple PHP pages. I'm trying to fix it now..
