What hosting provider are you currently using for your dedicated server?

I'm using DediWebHost.com.

I've had nothing but excellent support from Liquid Web, I've called at various hours with no problems getting a tech support in a few minutes of calling in.

Im currently on a VPS however for dedicated i would recommend the following:

Managed - LiquidWeb
Un-Managed: LayeredTech

Oh yes, i forgot to mention that Server4Sale offer management for LT servers also

I've signed up with my first dedicated server this month with Hostgator.com. I had a sharing host with them before and almost got suspended for having a spike in traffic that almost shut down that shared host server. I had checked with Planet, as many of you have recommended here, but found that I was not that knowledgeable in dedicated servers and didn't know which options to pick and not to pick. Hostgator offered "less" options and made it easy for me to choose and they also did the seemless transfer of my sites from shared to dedicated server. It's been only a month but so far I'm happy with the service as they kind of "walked" me through all the ins and outs of managing my first dedicated server.

i have used vrtservers.net - they are very cheap but they accualy do not have bad support or downtime.. well not for my experience

softlayer.

$3 tech support tickets. can't beat it.

I had a butt-load of problems with layeredtech.com and their staff was all but worthless.... so I moved to softlayer. it's a little more money, but i've been problem free since my conversion.

i am using host4profit as my server provider. This is a cheap server provider with a good service. Check it out on my site and click on the host4profit button.
