I have to recommend them as they are a great company! The have thr own datacanter with on site techi's 24/7 and support is great!

Never had 1 single issue with surpass in 12months or so and one instance of planned downtime for server upgrades. They have a very active forum which is updated more or less instantly a issue arises or problem has been posted!

For users with a few small websites I would recommend them as they have some fantastic packages as low at $10 a month which has tones of features including WHM (Web Host Manager).

If anyone has had good or bad experiences with surpasshosting I would love to here about them!

I have a reseller with them that I want to end very shortly. I'm moving to Dreamhost. They suspended one of my accounts I was hosting for "extreme server usage" and it took many support tickets to actually get out what that "extreme server usage" was. After which I proposed I fix the problem, but they did not let and just said that my only option was to move to a dedicated server. They offered me a "great deal" by giving me a $10 (maybe it was $5) coupon. After I just moved the domain to another host, and realized that I wasn't going to do anything about it, they decided to supsend another one of my sites for "extreme server usage". Horrible, absolutely horrible.

Hmm, their reseller plan looks tempting. Beats the hell out of my plan.

wow, just checked my old posts lol and came across this.

I have changed my mind, they screwed me over big time. They didn't tell me that the money wasn't coming out of my account and didn't say anything for 11months, now I have a big bill to pay that I simply cannot afford.

Isn't that freakin' annoying? I've had companies do that before... their automated billing wasn't working then they expect me to have to fix the situation?!

Sorry, but if you can't bill your customers properly, it's not my responsibility to fix your wrongs.

I realize there is a certain obligation to pay for services/products... but companies should be 100% responsible for ensuring their billing systems are working properly.
