Is there any way in which I could keep a log of the server loads of one cpanel account? Or possibly the server as a whole?

Do you have shell access?

If you do you can setup a cron task to cat the output of top or uname or something into a log file.

Er this is assuming its a *nix server anyway. Not sure if there are nice ways of doing it on windows.
