I want to use a stress tool that shows me which page/pages are slowing/locking the iis server. I check the iis stress tool for windows but i didnt understand it all. Its looks very confused. Is there a simpe tool that shows the real problem on iis? ( w3wp use 100% of the cpu when the users increase)

w3wp is the worker process for ASP.NET. All of your pages will be aggregated there.

You can use tools to throw all kinds of requests at a server, and they can tell you how long each one took to get a response from, but that isn't quite the same thing as what the problem in your application is.

I'd recommend the tools built into Visual Studio.
