My school blocked my website, but i can still access it through its IP, but the ip directs me to a cpanel page saying apache is working on cpanel.

Yep, the server will show which ever site is on the IP without a VHosts entry.

And no, you can't change it unless you have a dedicated server or a dedicated IP
