I cannot access my IP or Domain. It times out.

However, the company that hosts the server says they can access the site.

So, if you could copy & paste the following:

and

Please let me know where (from what country) you are trying to access the IP and domain and if you got the
A communication error occurred: "Operation timed out"
or you if were able to access the site.

Here is the problem.

I have other domains and IPs with this host and they are all accessable except this one always times out and shows page cannot be displayed or cannot reach server.
So, if figured the domain is not accessable on the internet.

Also, I can only upload files through the control panel.
If I try to use a FTP engine it will time out
and the crazy thing is the other IPs and domains work fine and they are all on the same server.

... and the support team (in the U.S.) say the domain and IP are OK.

Anyone ever experience this or have any suggestions?

Its seems the server blocked that domain with your ip, your tech team should look into the problem.
Did you try it from another computer ( ip)?

Hi,

Your site works fine.

Talk to your ISP, ask them to check if your webiste is in the tranperent proxy, and ask them to remove the webiste from the proxy.
