Customizing your package:
Storage space and bandwidth can only be increased by 1Gb and 5Gb increments respectively, or multiples thereof. Bulk discounts are not available. It is not possible to increase storage space or bandwidth seperately. For each increase of storage space and bandwidth, the annual fee increases by $22 USD, or £10.91 GBP.

Please note that it is not currently possible to register domain names through us. If you wish to use a domain name, please use a registrar such as Heart Internet or GoDaddy to register it and then change the nameservers to ns1.gigaplex.co.uk and ns2.gigaplex.co.uk. If you currently hold a domain name you wish to use, then please also change the nameservers to these.

Your hosting account will be activated within 24 hours of your payment clearing. A 50% refund is available at any time, the other 50% is not refundable as it covers Paypal and administration fees. The refundable money is calculated by:
$22/12 = $1.84 USD
Refund term = 12-number of months of current years hosting you have used
Refund value = (Refund term*$1.84 USD)/2
If for any reason payment is not received on time, your account will be suspended until full payment is recieved.
Hosting must not be used to host or link to illegal, offensive or pornographic material. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the suspension of your account until an investigation has been completed. If you account is removed, a refund cannot be issued.
