I really don't mean to ruin this guys offer... but there are things that need to be said.

Before I got my own server, I was on different reseller accounts, one of which was an offer like this. Needless to say, I got screwed because of constant downtime.

There are things to look for in this type of offer, such as:

-99% uptime guarantee (which is what he said)
This allows for 7.3 HOURS of downtime per month.

Other than that, make sure they have good support. Check for reviews.

Uptime, support, and reviews are the some of the most important things to look for when choosing a host.

Also, check for his refund policy on a yearly plan such as this one.

Check the TOS to make sure you have flexibility as well.

It could be a great offer from an excellent, reliable host, but you need to do research before purchasing, as with any host.
