I own Razor Hosting ( www.razor-hosting.co.uk), and basically we are looking to bring more clients in to our network, which will hopefully help spread the word of our hosting company more.
We are looking to host basically any site that kind of needs a sponsor to host them for free. It can be any site such as a small portfolio for a web designer or a community based site with lots of members.
There is no real limit on the size of the webhosting you need but we will structure it around your current site and give you room to expand in the future.
Please note this is for users that already have a site and knows how to use the webhosting wisely.
We use cPanel 11, you will also be able to contact us like any other client of ours using support tickets via your own client area. Fantastico is also featured on every cpanel account, o yes one last thing, email accounts etc i am willing to set to umetered and same with subdomains as well.
