What exactly is "semi-dedicated"? For that price I could get a true dedicated or VPS. What gaurantees of performance are you making?
Right now, semi-dedicated seems to look like "over priced shared" to me.

Thank you for the questions. You are correct. The limits are much like a shared account, except you will be sharing the server with between only 10-20 other accounts, much smaller than a shared account. As opposed to a dedicated account where you need to pay licensing for cPanel, you receive cPanel in full with our semi-dedicated hosting.
