My personal opinion would be that you consider Plesk - it's very secure and reliable.
I would avoid Ensim as the interface is poor and also limited features.
In our experience cPanel tends to be insecure and unreliable (breaks itself). However, what you choose should be what you are comfortable working with - there maybe cPanel is the best option for you?
I would suggest that you take a look at the demos on the respective software vendors websites in order to understand more about what each panel offers.
Keep in mind that the demos won't give you a full taste of what the panel can offer - various features may be disabled, third-party add-ons not applied, and the demo server may be slower (or faster) than a "typical" deployment... don't use the demo to judge relative performance!
You may be interested to know that Plesk requires less memory in order to run compared to cPanel. On a dedicated server this may not be too much of a concern for you? We've found that Plesk is quite happy on our 128MB VPS's whilst cPanel requires (at least) 256MB.
Whilst I expect you'll have a fair amount of RAM available in your dedicated server, it's still worth saving it for doing a useful job right...?
To clarify - I don't really have any experience with HELM which is why I've overlooked it. However, I hear that it's pretty good so probably worth spending some time looking at that too? Perhaps someone else here can comment further on that...
