last week the deluxe hosting package from godaddy.com. my domian was already registered with another service. i changed my dns on the registrar, got the site up and going.

i purchased another domain name today, this time from godaddy.com. and changed the dns of another domain to point to the godaddy.com nameservers (dont think its updated yet though). how do i host the new domain name that i purchased on my plan?

i will not let me add it on the host that i started last week, because it says that it is a hosted plan (it came with a free host plan). also how can i use the email with the new domain and the domain that i changed the dns on today? it is only giving me the option for my original domain name when i i try to add email service.

I think you need separate hosting accounts for the domains with GoDaddy so I think you'd need to purchase a hosting plan for the new domain. I've never used GoDaddy for hosting though, only domains, so I could be wrong.

They might. Like I said I'm really not sure about what hosting they offer since I only use them for domains. I know some hosts will allow you to host more than one site under one account.

I'm assuming that tpflanz doesn't have that kind of account though based on the message about the account being a hosted plan. Even if a host does offer multiple domains on an account they might not offer that on all accounts.

You have to ask the same to godaddy support!
You can host multiple domains on same account, only if they support it. Their basic plan supports only one domain, no add ons. If you have/upgrade to a bigger plan, you will be able to host multiple domains.
