Webhosting that do not oversell surely can withstand 1000 diggs right? or not?
The thing is i never used more than 100mb on my blog site. Bandwidth consumption is also low. B/w is perhaps not a great concern since I will have wp-cache plugin for wordpress.
I'm looking for a host that can withstand digg effect at most once per month. Not that I really wanted a digg effect - I prefer to be on stumbleupon and del.icio.us though.
Oh yes, I look for ruby on rails support too.
