Presume they mean Nvu? A desktop WYSIWYG editor...

There are lots of old threads about people recommending various free hosts - e.g. http://www.webmaster-talk.com/web-ho...ree-hosts.html

Have a browse through the old threads to find some ideas... but make sure that you also take time to learn why you shouldn't use free hosting so that you know what you're getting into.

In general, you get what you pay for - if you want your site to work well, have the benefit of support staff handling your support queries quickly and effectively, and the features required to advance your website then you'll need to pay for it.

Hosting really isn't expensive, and there are plenty of providers to choose from; I'd say you'll have a harder time finding a reasonable free host than you would finding a very good paid host.

Good luck!

Best guide for this would probably be http://nvu.com/websitehelp.php

Nvu is simply a html editor, so it outputs .htm / .html files exactly the same as other programs like Dreamweaver etc. do - so any hosting is potentially suitable.
