Well, first off are you looking for hosting with cPanel or another type of control panel like Direct Admin, Plesk, or something else?

How many websites to you plan on having on the reseller account?

How much actual disk space will you be using?

Are you okay with paying via PayPal, or are you going to need to pay some other way?

Are the sites going to be heavy traffic site with a chance that there will be a lot of HTTPD connections?

Do you need PHP4 or 5 and MySQL, ASP or MSSQL?

There's a lot more to reseller hosting/packages then just having someone tell you the "best." The best to one person might be the worst to the next..

But those were some actual questions; if you can answer them I can help you out to find out what you actually need

As for me the best reseller packages are packages, which have at least inhouse support, full packages, affrodable prices, like ahosting.biz, onthespothosting.net, resellerzoom.com.
But you have make decision yourself after researching a lot of offers.

best is such a subjective term!

Do you want the best support, best performance, best reliability, best price, best value, best features, best flexibility...?

A lot of the above are mutually exclusive - so it isn't as simple as "best" (pretty much as Riane already said).

You need to be more specific for people's advice to be worth anything to you - everyone has different requirements and expectations. Even something as simple as where the hosting service is provided from (e.g. UK, US, Canada, Australia etc.) may make the difference between a great reseller provider for one person, and a bad choice for someone else.

I guess by "best" you mean the most advantageous ratio between the price you are paying for the package and the features you can offer to your clients as well as support. In these terms myriadnetwork.com reselling package might be good.
