Huh?
Are you coming up on digg and getting too much traffic too fast? What's the problem you're running into?
I've been using bluehost and pretty happy with them. Occasionally my stats won't update, and every now and then I won't be able to access the site by FTP ( although it stays up for viewing when that happens ) for as long as a couple hours. But I've always been able to get a tech in their chat to go fix it, even at 3 am when insomnia rears its ugly head.
But they're pretty cheap, and give you lots of space and transfer. And my experience with them has been pretty good overall.
