I am looking for a good (not necessarily the cheapest) VPS hosting services which comes with PHP 5 and MySQL 5 as standard.
Service is very important to me, so they must have a 24/7 help desk with and email and phone support. I have listed my requirements below, can you suggest a couple of hosting companies
1. Support for PHP 5
2. Support for MySQL 5
3. Within one account a flexibility of multi-domain pointing to same root folder (like more than one domain to same folder) and different root folder (like one domain to one folder).
4. Within one account an ability to create various web spaces with unique FTP account created for each web space. Not required for reselling but providing access to my development team
5. Full DNS control.
6. Additional Static IP addresses
7. Support for SSL
7. Backup facility - FTP and or Tape.
8. Shell Access/Full Root Access
9. CGI/Perl
10. Cron tabs
11. Permissions to install any external module or package
12. Update PHP and MySQL configuration
14. How many customer VPS accounts hosted on one physical server?
16. Do the VPS products come with anti-virus software pre-installed?
17. Do the VPS products come with firewall software pre-installed?
