I'm assuming that the answer is "No" because I expect it's information that isn't publicly available.
It's just that I have an irritating problem with one of the companies my reseller host uses which seems to have too many short (or maybe not so short - I'm not checking my sites every few hours) periods of downtime but the other company my host uses always seems to be up. Given the garbage about all the super-high-tech stuff guaranteeing uptime that the bad company has, I'd love to get a look at its real performance to see if it lives up to it.
