cpanel/whm reselling hosts

I'm looking for a cpanel/whm reseller package.

at least or close to 10GB disk space
at least or close to 100GB Bandwidth

reason i'm looking for this is so whenever one of my clients want to add an email i have to do it and it gets old

so i'd like my clients to be able to have cpanel... know what I mean

i'd like cheap, no more then $30/mo

You may want to search here or at DP I have seen offers for a good bit less than $30 both places.

i've never seen a host yet that doesn't oversell.

Search at web hosting directories you will find some gud host which can prlovide hosting at the price u want.

Certainly there are legions of hosts that can provide that. As a note, I would tend to look at when they started business so you aren't being setup by a fly-by-night.
