I have been with ResellerZoom a couple of months now. I have the cheapest plan and so far i have seen good and bad.

Good:
Uptime
Support - This is all good, reply within a couple of days max. i sent a check for payment once but they never got it. thats why they are here. Check was never cashed in though, so it had to have gotten lost in the mail, so it's all cool now.

In the Middle:
cPanel - no "refresh now" feature so u have to wait a day to see the day's traffic http://webhostingtalk.com/images/smilies/frown.gif

Bad:
Dont allow free services
Dont allow proxy sites

How many months do you have to prepay to get that price?

A couple of days? I would consider that bad. For support issues, you should have a response within hours... tops. Billing and sales stuff I could see taking at most a day to respond.

I'm sorry, i meant a couple of hours. My mistake. Although one time they responded the next day..
