I am interested in their Mega plan (6.95/mo).

I just want to know the following:

-what is their uptime like
-how reliable are they (in terms of losing data)
-how fast is it (for my visitors)
-how is their support and web management
-how fast do they respond to incident/requests
-overall, are they a good host to sign up with (I am interested in them because they offer streaming audio and video)

Please only answer this post if you have used this host or if you heard from someone who has.

I have read what their site says about the abovementioned points, but I want to hear the truth.

Contact the web host and see how they respond to you. If they are timely and detailed, that's a positive sign that they are pretty reliable. Do a WHOIS on their domain and find out when is the web host formed. Web hosts with a long history are usually more reliable but it is not 100% true.

If they provide free trial or money back offer then its well and good, you can use this period for testing their support system, uptime, speed, capability and stability.

All I can say I like their site design. I do not know the company.

Ok, some of my suggestions: Ask the host if they can provide 3rd party uptime statistics. Secondly, open a ticket with their support and see how fast they respond. Finally, request a speed test file hosted on their servers so y ou can get an approximation of their speeds.
