Hey all! I'm new here, and I'm looking for a multi domain host, the cheaper the better. Have been looking at z555.com, and helpinghost.com, do you folks know anything about them? I want something up to 5$/month, with good uptime, 5 domains (well, at least 3); about bandwidth and webspace, well, the more the better of course, but some 2 - 5 gb and 300mb would be fine with me. Has anyone any experiences or tips?

I haven't heard any good or bad reviews about them but still check at WebHostingTalk and Sitepoint for better results.

I haven't heard anything about them either. You could also try to Google them and see what kind of info and links they have (good or bad)

Be careful searching for the cheapest host. There is some truth to the old adage that you get what you pay for. Additionally what works for one person may not work for you. Personally I think your budget falls short for quality multi-domain hosting. Tis better to spend 10 bucks per month on quality than 3-4 bucks per month on cheap. You will get better support, uptime and less restrictions from the host that does not oversell their servers.

Oh nope, even if that's a good point, I can't afford more than 5$ per month, so I gotta stick with what I can get for that. Actually, I've pretty much set my eye on VistaPages.

I would say if you are opting for cheaper host then you could not expect good features with hosting like 24/7 quality and professional support etc. You should always go through the reviews in webhostingunleashed.com and some popular forums as well while choosing a web host.

I think you can find reliable hosts within your budget and the features you mentioned. Some of the hosts I recommend are IXwebhosting, 1and1, Dot5hosting. All within your budget. But My personal favorite is bluehost whose price is slightly higher than yr budget($6.95).
