I have used www.ms11.net for a couple of years and am satisfied with them. There is a one-time fee of $11 to activate for free hosting with limited goodies. Their Advanced Plans run from 25 MB of web space to 5 GB bandwidth for $11.95 per year to 1000 MB/20 GB for $99.95 per year with lots of goodies. My only complaint is that there is no phone access and I have to contact them by email.

I don't think you have to worry as long as they answer your ticket in timely manner and did solve your problem.
IMHO, not all of client's problem can easily explained through the voice (phone) anyway.

I've seen their web site. Reasonable pricing. However set-up fee could be removed.

It does not look that much of a professional site.
