hi all,

I only want to spend roughly £5 monthly for a web host. Which host has the best deal for that amount? It has to have good service, good connection speed and reasonable amounts of BW and space.

Thankyou

I suggest you to go with US host or the one from continental EU. this way you should be able to get more for the money you can spend.

Good Luck

What is your definition of "reasonable amounts of BW and space"? There are many hosts out there that will meet your requirements. Just be sure to do your homework before signing up and look for reviews. Make sure the company you go with has a money back guaruntee, that way you can test their speed and reiliablity as well as support response time. If you are unhappy with the results, you can then back out and get your money back.

You should visit the article on how to search web host here.
I think this might be helpful to you for choosing web host.

Skynethosting.net is a really good host. They have cpanel and fantastico. They will even give you a free account if you post in thier forums here http://forums.skynethosting.net/index.php , after you post 5 post you can sign up for a free account in the free hosting section in the forums. Then just put their text link on your page and you have free hosting with cpanel and fantastico. I got my account set up within 2 hours after applying. You cant beat it and the support is fast. If you post something like 20 post a month you can upgrade to 2 domains and more space for free.
