Got a client who wants us to create a dating site with chat rooms. The hosts we typically work with don't allow chat scripts on their servers. I need some recommendations for hosts where this won't violate their TOS. If anyone has one they've used and can recommend, I appreciate it. More concerned with reliability than price, but price will be a factor.
