things i need
at least 40gigs space
bandwith 60 gigs
and a server that can handle a 300mb DB

40GB of space? That is a real lot, I hope you have some kind of reasonable budget even though you might be quite hard pushed to find a shared host offering those amounts of disk space.

That can depend a lot on how often you access it and how well is written the script that uses it.

That is a very high amount for a Reseller Account.
