Stay far far away....

Red flag #1 -- unlimited space/bandwidth for $3 month!? Considering unlimited anything doesn't exist, offering it for next to nothing is impossible.

Red flag #2 -- 3 days to reply... that is unacceptable.

Red flag #3 -- No contact information on their site. They have no physical address and no phone number.

Red flag #4 -- They only accept paypal. Anybody with an email address can get a paypal account. Most credible hosts would have a credit card merchant account.

There server or hosts server is at ThePlanet I don't see any un-metered servers.

I found this out for you http://www.siteuptime.com/statistics...&&UserId=28330 remember that is monitored ever 1 hour so 99.9 uptime is looking rather outdated

If you care about your money you'd stay away from them. 3 days and no reply ? Think if your site(s) go down and you need to contact them asking what is the problem. Also if you want quality you have to pay for it .. 3$ for almost everything ?!?

It seems to be down now.

Quote from their website:
Quote:
Not only do we offer quality service and support for all our web hosting plans, we also guarantee reliability with our servers having 99.9% uptime. This is important, because we know that your website is important, and it is no use paying for web hosting when no one can get to your site.
They guarantee 99.9% uptime, but after checking http://www.siteuptime.com/statistics...&&UserId=28330 it appears they have never reached anything like that.

first of all the servers down time has purely been the fault of the colocation company hosting the servers, they "accidentally" deleted and decommissioned the hosting server (including wiping the hard disk).

for all those skeptics, the servers were quad 2.8GHz Xeon CPUs on an OC12 line. although you may not believe that a host can offer unlimited anything, would you really use unlimited everything? the answer is no! Almost all the accounts on the server were using less than 50mb of disk space each, and barely reaching 1GB of transfer a month... should someone want to use more then thats fine, we would increase the disk space on the server

unfortunately now, due to further events happening outside of killerbyte hosting, the company will be handed over to new hands.

Just thought I should answer a few of your questions, its not always a case of you get what you pay for, but if you want to pay more you can still be choosing a host with poor service or anything else you can think of...

I think that this host is auful.

The uptime is 99.2 99.3% for the last 2 months.
3$ unlimited hosting is impossible.
There is no unlimited nothing
The servers in THE PLANET are not unlimited.

I don't know how you can reach those uptime with THE PLANET.
I think your servers are very high with the bandwith, becouse that
host unlimited everything is the answer for companies with
auful uptime, they are not reliable and 99.2 99.3% uptime is the auful
uptime I have even seen !

Dont use this host it really sucks !
Get webhosting from company with normal prices.
