what do you think of 27hosting unlimited ?

they have an unlimited plan for 5.95 or so !

sounds too good to be true, but I had one guy told me he had a great experience with them, also when I emailed the company they said that they do not suspend your account because of too much space or bandwidth usage. what do you gus think ?

They may not suspend your site but they may contact you asking that you reduce the usage, it may not be bandwidth usage, it maybe server side resources (CPU, Memory).

First you should consider what you need, plus a little to expand - you can upgrade at anytime

If it sounds to good to be true, it usually is. As Duport stated, they may not suspend you, but there are other ways they can make your experience less then enjoyable. Be sure to read their terms of service carefully.

Don't be fooled by the 'unlimited' marketing gimmick, there is always a catch.

27hosting.com is currently down for me...

Yes it is down, seems a lot of sites are up and down this evening we've also had a problem this evening -Just when I thought it would be a nice peaceful friday night

I think that unlimited traffic
is limited shaped speed
for example: server speed 10.0Mbps
your shaped speed for unlimited bandwith will be
1Mbit or 512kbps in the world wide peering !

You must know that unlimited bandwith is impossible.
When your website (or websites) reach bandwith
50GB 100GB + ... their will shape your account speed
or suspend your account with their story idea of themselves !

When you search reliable webhost
see their terms and condition ... they must have 100% client satisfaction
and/or 30 days money back ... also one of the important things is
Uptime Guarantee and server(s) speed !
99.5% (for cheap webhosting comp.) 99.9% for high quality webhosting companies ...
and the servers speed must be at least 10.0Mbps if the hosting server
hosts small websites ! If the company is big with more than one hosting server
their speed must be 100.0Mbps international speed per server...

btw I asked a meber and he told me he gets 30 gb space and about 400 gb transfer wih no problems, also the problems they had seemed to be from server technical difficulties, here you go:

here in italy there's an unlimited hosting company too

for about 24 € / year they give you whatever you need

a friend of mine has a site there, lots of the times it's down....

I don't recomment unlimited plans....bandwidth and disk space aren't phisically unlimited so all those hosting companies are simply overselling....that, in my opinion, means that the service will probably have troubles....

There's no such thing as unlimited diskspace and bandwidth since they cost money. At that price, I seriously doubt the web host can survive for long. The amount of resources taken up will eventually bring the web host down.

Hi.
It is correct there is no such thing unlimited. Please be careful on these sites there are always some kind of catch.
Let's say you getting what you pay for. so check things before you going to unlimited space.
