It really all depends on your ISP and how often their DNS servers are updated.

But considering this post is 9 days old, I hope your not still having problems.

I hope not.

A little tip is to check the domain without the www prefix. This propogates quicker on most servers.

Steve.

The time for the DNS change
is depending on the Domain Name Registrars.
For ENOM Resellers
the time is no more than 12 hrs
(sometime 4-8 hrs) for domains
COM & NET

The maximum time that you must
wait for the DNS change of your domain:

from 24 hours to 48 hours
from 1 to 2 day(s) ...

For more info contact with your
Domain Name Registrant Support
and if your domain name is not resolving
(not pointing on every DNS service)

Please Park your domain troguth cPanel, Plesk
or the control panel of your new virtual hosting company
that you change the DNS servers to !

When you park your domain name with the new DNS servers
Your Domain Name will be resolved to the
Primary DNS server
ex.: 69.93.6.58 69.93.6.59 - www.yourdomain.com - resolveed on 69.93.6.58
when you park - www.yourdomain.com on your hosting account
using cPanel and Plesk of the new hosting company
that you change your domain name to their IPs (DNS - Domain Name Servers)

I have seen this problem (no resolved domain names after 48 hours)
on some clients, using registrars at Directi and other fameous, and not so famouse
ICANN registrars, if you have more problems please write here...

Also please do a PING to DNS server: dns1.hostingcompany.com dns2.hostingcompany.com ... Your new webhosting company may also have one big DOWNTIME Problem ...

Also you must upload again your website from your backup
for the new webhosting company
that you make your DNS change available ...

Thanks,
I think that I finish your registrant
support work ... thanks for reading my post

It has no connection with the domain registrar they just register your domain and you update your name servers, it depends on your ISP , on how often they update their name servers.
