Yes, of course all of these points are good have we have thought about them. It is not yet fully set-up, but here is what we intend. A webmaster would submit a host for inclusion to the list, the webmaster then receives an email with a link to a questionnaire, after the questionnaire has been submitted the host will get an email informing them that they have been submitted for inclusion to the black list (at this point they are not yet on the list). They are given an opportunity to view what has been submitted and make their own case and or resolve the problem with the Webmaster. This information would be reviewed, if no clear determination can be made the host would stay on a pending list for 4 months, should no other similar complaints in the host name be submitted they would be dropped from the list without ever being shown on the public list. We are setting this all up now and are checking for interest from webmasters or hosting companies. We hope this would be a means of mediation so to speak, not damage a hosts good name do to an angry banned client. If you have any other ideas or points to consider please let me know.
