I'm a reseller and I've an incredible experience with my host, at www.unithosting.net.
I'm offline from THREE days, I'm getting crazy to cope with my furios customers (about 40...) and I DON'T STILL HAVE ANY ANSWER FROM UNITHOSTING SUPPORT.
I wrote to them, I wrote also to theplanet... I never see something so in 25 years of business.
Anybody know how to contact the unithosting staff?
I find it hard to belive that unitedhosting would shut you down without a reason. If you have violated there TOS then you may be out of luck. I know that one of the owners of unitedhositng visit www.webhostingtalk.com frequently so you should try sending him a PM to find out if there is anything he can do.
