Hi All.

I'm Soooo Mad! Freeservers seems to have deleted my website and my account (Which I have paid for in advance ($120 a year).

The support form for members can be accessed via your account which I can't get into so I can't raise a support ticket. (catch 22)

Using the general e-mails comes back with an automated reply stating that support issues need to be addressed via your member area?

Has anyone got any ideas.

The tech support forum also appears unmanned.

I'm sorry that my first post to this forum was not a little more positive.. I promise to be more jolly in future posts if this gets sorted.

so why not phone them up and complain until they give you a phone number for Freeservers? Can't do any harm....

I finally managed to get it sorted on Friday night... I managed to find a number for them (Billing) and then got put through to the support people (who, surprisingly were quite good)..

Its sorted and I'm happy again , thanks for digging around for me.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I used to be a frequent visitor of gethighforums but the formats gone a bit pear shaped recently (I think they have changed their hosting company) so I started to search for a new webby forum.. Looks like I've found it! Hopefully I can give back as much as you guys have to offer in here.
