I'm looking for a good DDOS host and please don't mention Blacklotus, that $600 wasted.

Staminus or awknet seem to be the only good ones?

I wish to setup a reverse proxy for a high traffic site.

Monthly upto $300-350 but a reverse proxy doesn't take much juice either.

Anyone ... ?

For goodness sake! Unless You are running a web site the size of Yahoo! on a single server you don't need DDoS protection, it's only in your own mind that your piddly little web site, little meaning in comparison with much more newsworthy targets, is big enough or important enough to be a target for being shut down by an real DDoS attack.

Stop falling for the marketing hype from hosting companies.

We actually host some websites for a couple of political and ecological activist groups and have done since 1998 and have never, ever been subjected to a DoS attack.
