I think I'd like to try being a hosting reseller, and for A Reseller, should I choose smaller VPS or bigger Resller account?

I suppose that reseller hosting account will be good for your needs and for your start, but you should be confident in reliability when choosing web host for your needs.

I'd highly advise against either plan. Firstly, I'd advise against using an "unlimited" reseller plan because they tend to be terribly oversold and offer horrible service. As for the VPS, that VPS is barely powerful enough to power cPanel alone, you will run into countless problems when you start to add sites to it.

Also if you don't have any experience with managing a server I'd highly advice against a VPS. The great thing about a reseller account is that you can offer a great product (providing you're using a good company) while focusing on sales/support.

I believe that there are some hosts that offer third party management service, think that you can also try them if you reach a deadlock with management.

Moreover, why not to choose managed hosting solution from reliable host and not ordering third party management?

For a rehseller account I'd recommend Turnkeyinternet.net. I've had good luck with them so far. They offer support to your clients. The only thing I've found negative is at times WHMCS is very slow to load. They also offer a lot of extras including legal documents, tutorial videos etc.

I think that it is the best software for resellers.. it is fast and reliable.
