"Media Template MT" is a good company & you can move with them. There is no harm in it. They have 24x7x365 support. They also provide phone support. They are in the industry for the lat 10 years.

You can also go with a company that offers unlimited bandwidth. As long as you don't abuse it, that could be very valuable.

It's actually called Media Temple. An easy to confuse name though.

He is with one right now, though I suppose he's using reseller hosting which isn't unlimited.

What type of sites are you hosting? How much data transfer do you need? More bandwidth is not everything, if it's not backed up by higher CPU availability, which is in a rather strict relation to the amount you're ready to pay.

One thing I really concern about MT, I don't seen that MT support any online chatting. For international customer I think It is no use to call them by phone since It will costly.

This mistake "mediatemplate" would give a birth to a clone competitor ... a part of this the company is popular and quite good in grid hosting.
